I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Hometap (Boston, MA) in Nov 2025
Interview
I originally applied for a senior software engineer role. After 2 interviews and a coding challenge they said they'd rather interview me for a lower role. I stupidly accepted because of the state of the industry it's impossible to get a job. This is still no different. After 2 more interviews that went well, they still came back and said no after dragging the process out for 6 weeks. They do not treat people like they're people. They take advantage of the current job market and string people along just to deny them.
