I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hometap in May 2024
Interview
Interview process was great, there were a number of video interviews along the way, which can be time-consuming, but I read that as they're doing the proper due diligence. Everyone was super friendly, understanding, asked really good questions, and were very receptive.

Interview
The interview process went pretty quick about a week and a half. I talked to 6 people If you include HR which was a lot, but everyone was very nice and easy to talk to! (coming from someone who gets very nervous with interviewing) It was nice to put a face to a lot of the people who you would be working with.

Q: Why Hometap?
Q: How do you stay organized?
(Can't remember the rest, a lot of the questions just made for great conversations back and forth)

Interview
I had 4 interviews not including the recruiter. Now, that might seem like a lot. But in actuality it makes perfect sense. The recruiter needs to understand your background in order to determine if you'd be a good fit. Besides interviewing with the Team Lead and Manager. You also interview with the Sales Manager and Originations Manager. This due to the fact you'll be working very closely with the Sale Team as well. They need to determine how comfortable you are with that as well. I thought the process in its totality was very professional and everyone made me feel extremely comfortable.
