I received an interview request withing a couple weeks of submitting my application. I had a brief HR screening call, an interview with the hiring manager and a panel interview with the team. Everyone was friendly, professional and asked great questions. I hadn't heard back when they said they expected to make a decision. When I followed up via email, I was told they left me a voicemail. I did not have a missed call or a voicemail (voicemail was not full). I asked if they called my phone number and I never received a response. I felt like this was a really strange way to end the interview process and let someone know they went with another candidate.

A lot of disconnection and confusion in their process. I had a screening call and received a rejection e-mail the next day with no feedback. Then two months later I received an e-mail that said after further consideration, I was the right candidate and they wanted to offer me the job. They asked to set up a time to discuss the offer and I submitted my availability but no response. I had to follow up for a week to finally get a time on the calendar. During the phone call, they were confused about the offer e-mail and admitted they had no jobs available to offer me, and were not sure why I received an e-mail like that.
