Phone interview was pretty generic with HR. Discussed experience and role responsibilities. Video interview was a little sporadic since both the manager and senior team member were late. Manager looked disheveled and only showed their face for the entire interview. Looked like they were doing the meeting in a closet. Senior team member was dressed in a t-shirt and was not attentive during the interview process at all. Both were nice people, but definitely did not put their best foot forward to give off the best image of the company.
