First round was a written test, answering 3 questions and finish a simple data entry task in excel. Second round interview was normal, english self introduction, career background questions (like reason of leaving), and asked what is your job expectation.

1) Writing test (reply complain letter), basically testing your writing skill and English level 2) Interview section: 3-4 interviewers VS 1 interviewee. Introduce yourself and they will ask you a lot of questions.
