The interview is conducted in person. It begins with a written test consisting of two parts. The first part assesses your English skills: you will be given a mock inquiry from a customer along with a list of company products. The second part is technical (coding). After completing the written test, you will have a discussion with the manager. They will want to learn about your background and understand how you can contribute to the company.
