-1st round: An hour-long online written test which included the tasks of translating press releases. The HR staff forgot to send me the test on time. Ridiculous. -2nd round: An hour-long interview with the marketing department. She knew nothing about writing a press release, which I had been trained for years, and yet she criticised me for not being familiar with the correct format. She also tried to convince me to accept a lower salary. Funny. -Follow-up: The HR called me saying they would hire me upon management approval, to which I agreed. After waiting for their response for 2 weeks, I finally called them back and they said they were unsure if I’d be hired and said I’d better find another job instead of waiting endlessly. What a waste of time.
