Applied and had a phone call asking if I wanted to go down to depot for a chat. Really they are just trying to get a gist of what your like. As long as you're willing to put in a hard graft and haven't got sick note written all over you you should be fine. Very informal, given lots of info on the company. Said they'd like to have me on board and said give them a text to let them know if I want to accept the offer or not. I personally quite liked the process and felt relaxed.
