One word: nightmare. The entire interview/selection process is through their app, which DOES NOT WORK. I was asked to upload my driver documents (license, car registration, insurance) in the app, but there was no upload link. I emailed support, and their response was unhelpful. I emailed a second time; no response. After multiple attempts to use their app--and getting spammed by email and text 2-3 times per day with the command "upload your documents to our app!"--I gave up. Then two weeks later, someone from HopSkipDrive reached out, asking why I hadn't completed my application. I told them their app did not have a link to upload documents. The rep promised to fix it. Almost a full month after my first contact with HopSkipDrive, and after reinstalling the app 3 times, the link finally appeared, and I was able to submit my driver documents. I was then asked to submit to a background check. I was told I would receive an email the following Monday with next steps, but Monday came with no email. So I opened the app once again, and a curt message appeared that my application had been "closed" and I had been rejected as a driver, with no reason given.
