Interview
You go to the head office of your region and they take you to a private interview room with 2 Case Managers and they ask you questions. It's really easy and then they call you within a month. 2 weeks of paid training and 3 shadow shifts mandatory. Police check clearance and done.

Questions Include:
If a child takes off their seatbelt/acts up what do you do? (Awnser: Safely stop at the side of the road when you are able to do so and give a firm directive statement for child and do not drive until behaviour is settled)
What policies and laws do YW's work under?
Do you have a 1st Aid/CPR certificate?
Where do you store medication from the time you collect them at the pharmacy to the time you get back to the house? (Awnser: In the locked passenger compartment)
