It was virtual due to covid, but was very fast, nice and easy to answer the questions they had.Told them my background and how I was able to develop into success. the position required someone who has experience in youth struggles and how to overcome them. They also asked how I could contribute to my community. I was able to give them pretty basic answers and be comfortable. The interviewer was kind and asked things respectfully and treated me well.
