I was contacted 4 months after applying. The interview was rescheduled once by the interviewer. The interviewers were very easy to talk to, nice and informative about the position and work expectations. The interview lasted about one hour. The interview took place about an hour and ten minutes from my hometown, even though there is an HR office and clinic in the town where I live. While the job sounded very promising to my areas of study and experience, the position I had applied for had been listed as an office/clinic being located within 15 miles from where I live. By the time an offer was made, the job had changed to a combination of work from home and a 45 minute commute (each way) to work one day a week to one of two offices. (My office location was yet to be determined.) I declined the offer due to being unsure of where I would be working and having another employment opportunity not requiring the commute. It was a little disappointing, as I would probably not applied for the position if I realized it my office would be located in another town. I have commuted before and did not think it would work for me at this time.
