It was quick, seeing if you're a people person and have an outgoing personality. I received a phone call and was basically interviewed over the phone. They wanna see if your good at talking on the phone as well since this is a sales job and you'll be making cold calls sometimes.

I wasn't asked questions got hired as soon as I walked in. I had professional manner and an outgoing personality that the manager liked and hired me.

Interview
Very causal. Interviewed with leasing manager then property manager. Both very quick. Went over past experiences and past jobs at other leasing firms. Checked availability for hours, it's student housing so went over renewal successes to ensure connections can be made with current residents (very important)
