Interview
Brief phone interview then they invited me to the plant. At the plant they gave me a tour and showed me what I would be doing. At the end of the day they offered me the job. I accepted the offer right there and then the paperwork was sent shortly after.

Question 1
Basic get to know you questions. This included what are your strengths and weaknesses, explain a time you have overcame a difficult problem. Another question they asked was if I had ever done any mechanical work, like changed my car's oil.
