They already seemed to know they wanted to hire me. We had a short and relaxed conversation and then discussed scheduling. It took them a very long time after submitting my application for them to call me in for the interview though (approximately three months).
It goes well and then it takes awhile for them to respond back to you. The interview at the beginning is easy. They always went you to have open availability
