She then emails your responses to the manager of the location, and she does a phone interview with you. She and the site manager then collaborate, and if that works out they invite you in for an interview. A background check is required of sales associates, so that is part of the process after the interview. The interview is pretty long, and then they hand you a paper application afterwards. You fill that out and take it back, then they give you an answer.
