Too long! Good and talented people can be lost because their process is too long. Interviewed with one manager and then had to see another one, when I followed up with the interviewer, and asked about moving forward? She said to me "what I said was, we are making a decision soon and you need to be a little more paitent" I should have known to trust my gutt at that moment....
