Housing First interview questions

Hiring was easy because they always need help because of turnover rate . Interview process is easy because they ask questions that do not require thinking. The interview was only 5 mins they did not seem like they really care they just needed help.

First, I sent my resume to the person. They replied and we set up an interview for the same day. Interview was face-to-face. It took about 1 hour. Super friendly people. The two people interviewing were the accounting supervisor and an HR person. They explained the position and what the company does. Then they asked the questions. Then they asked me if I had any questions. At the end they went over the benefits the company offers. Then, they called me back for another interview with the CEO. I met with the CEO. He was super nice. I think the purpose of that interview was for him to meet me and to tell me a little bit more about what the organization is about.
