It was quite a long and lengthy process. Application, test, Assessment and then interview. Process took around 10 weeks. Two interviewers - interview took place over teams. Asked around 6 questions - behavioural/competency.

Lots of stages before the interview. The interview was 3 main questions and they asked some follow ups in relation to each one. Two panel members asking the questions. Felt relaxed during and it was a comfortable atmosphere.

Interview
A couple of questions were ask, all were "tell me about a time...". No question about "Tell me about yourself" was asked. Interviewers were professional and friendly. All things on CV, written test and the interview will be contributing to the results. Interview was conducted online via MS Teams.
