Two interviews with the VP, one of which involved preparing a fairly labour intensive task: presenting an original speech and pitching various ideas for the company. The third interview was with the CEO.

Interview
There were three interviews in total. The first two were with the line manager; the second stage involved a fairly large writing task and presentation followed by more questions/chat. The final interview was with the founder.
