O processo de entrevista teve dois grandes blocos: o primeiro conduzido diretamente pela Howdy e o segundo conduzido pelo cliente.
O primeiro bloco teve as seguintes etapas:
1. Entrevista inicial com recrutador.
2. HackerRank. Nível fácil-médio.
3. Entrevista com perguntas técnicas. Nível fácil-médio.
O segundo bloco teve as seguintes etapas:
1. Teste prático. Nível fácil-médio.
2. System Design. Nível médio-difícil.
No segundo bloco haveria também uma conversa com um gerente da Howdy que atua no cliente, mas não tive essa etapa por ter sido indicado pelo gerente que iria me entrevistar.

Entrevista tecnica (En este punto la persona que me entrevisto parecia no tener conocimiento tecnico y solo tenia una lista de preguntas y respuestas, no habian preguntas de seguimiento y tenia un enfasis en que no le explicaras tus respuestas, pregunta de diseño de sistemas pero muy muy superficial

6-. Entrevista con Engineering Managers de el cliente

Process was Howdy + Client, which led to 4 sessions in total: 1. First Screening, 2. Technical Interview (Internal) 3. Technical Interview (Client) 4. Solutions Architecture Interview (Client) in the last part, it took like 2 weeks to the client/Howdy team to communicate the offer
