The owner interviews and is somewhat difficult to understand at first. Things that should be put in writing are not. Be sure to get all financial and scheduling information in writing to avoid confusion.

BE CAREFUL she won't sign a contract regarding what she will pay you or the many fees she will add on later, but she will make you sign a non-compete contract.
