They have a long, mandatory and somewhat confusing application process, but the HR director let me know what needed to be changed in my application and it didn't seem to count against me as I got called in for an interview. Overall, the environment was very friendly and professional. The interview was focused but not high pressure. It was a good experience; I felt respected even though I was not offered a position.
