Very fast, after passing the assessment test, there was training for a few months which was done remotely and a few ones on site.
After passing the training, hiring decision was made.
Had the interview in Lagos. The process was too long. It was literally tedious for low pay jobs. They can do better. I don't think there are many outsourcing companies that subject their applicants to such rigorous interview and employment process.
