Interview
Interview process felt disorganized and zero respect for my time or schedule was given to me as a candidate. I did not get an offer but after a few conversations with their employees I would not want to work with them anyway.

Question 1
What kind of role I wanted (which at the time felt like a trick question)
Initial phone screen. Did not feel any sort of consideration or respect as a candidate. Poor communication on their end. It sounded like there was a lot of micro-management and bad decision making in their vision and direction. I would highly not recommend interviewing or considering this company because for a health care/mission-driven company, they do not behave as one.
