There are 7 rounds altogether and the entire process takes half a year, which is awfully long. There is a pre-screening of CV-s and cover letters, then there are two rounds in the FEAST test, which are objective, no problem at this point. Their psychology tests are ridiculous, however. The 4th and 5th stages are the national security check and the medical, which all applicants that passed the first four stages are obliged to undertake. Therefore you end up paying for the medical even if you won't be hired anyway. The medical is totally unprofessional, people who shouldn't pass do so, since the doctor doesn't know what is written clearly in the law, while you can fail it even if you're healthy as a horse. So basic problems you're wondering how these people graduated as doctors. Then a similarly ridiculous Assessment Center. If you can solve a certain task, it doesn't mean you have the skill they think they assess with that task, if you can't solve it, that doesn't prove the opposite either, because unlike other AC-s at other firms, these tasks are irrelevant to the job and don't measure the skills they are intended to. The description I got there from myself was simply not true, and not because I can't admit my flaws.
