I had to submit a video of myself where I was answering the questions about the company, provided by some kind of a programme. It was very unusual to me to record it as I was talking to myself, as there is no person behind the interview.

What do you know about the company? Why would you wanna work for Hunkmöller? Why this position? What would you do in the situation where the client is unhappy about the product or service? What makes you an ideal candidate for this position?
Nur ein Gespräch mit den üblichen Fragen, wieso ich für das Unternehmen arbeiten will, welche Erfahrung ich habe und wie ich mir einen Arbeitsalltag vorstelle und was genau die Aufgaben im Unternehmen sind, dann wurde noch über die Unternehmenskultur gesprochen

Interview
Leider war es unmöglich eine reale Antwort anstatt automatisch generierte Mails zu bekommen. Ich hab viel davon aber keine vollständige Absage oder Zusage. Zudem hatte ich zu kurze Zeit, meine Videovorstellungsgespräch abzuschließen. Hab eine Einladung am Montag bekommen, musste schon bis Dienstag das auch machen. Ansonsten kriegst du Email (auch ohne das fertigzumachem) "danke für Videovorstellungsgespräch wir kontaktieren dich".
