I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hunter Bailey (Sydney) in Dec 2017
Interview
Not very transparent - HB promoted that it was B2B an really good career progression if you seek a career in sales and advertising but ITS ALL A LIE. Full pyramid scheme -- "events" are the shopping mall and "B2B" is door to door knocking.. how annoying lol was out of there after 2 weeks and they chose not to pay me
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hunter Bailey (Sydney) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online on Sunday night and then was called on Monday to see if i was suitable for the position. An interview was arranged for the Tuesday with the hiring manager.
When i arrived for my interview i was given a questionnaire with some personal questions such as date of birth, previous salary and who inspires you. Four men all chatting on their way out looked at me but none of them acknowledged me as the left the office, made me feel as if its a bit of a boys club kind of office. I met with the hiring manager and he seemed a little disinterested.
The job seemed very different to what was described on the add. A day where i would come and meet the team was offered and i was told they would call me between 4 and 5pm that day. I left the office at 4pm and never received a call.
