meet with Dist Mgr. of course they go over your numbers but looked at over all branch figures rather than personal production and how you could coach others to be as good as you are. If you were the shining star in the branch it didn't seem to matter. Ended up getting coached on ow to help my branch be better first before i would be promoted to lead one.
