Interview
Easy call with the recruiter and the next interview with the two sales managers was pretty straightforward. They wanted more technical answers instead of sales answers and the call was pretty cordial.

Question 1
The recruiter told me to plan a 30/60/90 day plan for what I would look like in this role, but did not tell me to write it down and that I would share my screen. I had it all written down on paper and talked it through, but it seemed like I was unprepared to the managers
Was going great until the last interview. I made it all the way through the interview process and received amazing feedback. I knew that I wasn’t getting the offer based on how the last round went. The interviewer was 5 minutes late and didn’t make up for the time at the end, interrupted me during one of my responses to say that she could tell I was nervous, and had somewhat of a hostile attitude throughout the whole conversation. At one point, we were discussing the culture and she said something along the lines of “I don’t care about fun at work- but I know my people do- so I make it fun”
It was odd to say the least.

First is the initial screen with the recruiter by phone. Then it's a panel interview with 2 SDR managers via video call, and finally you meet with the Director of Sales Development via video call.
