Interview process was a panel with a manager, HR person and two other staff members. Each took turns asking prepared questions. When the manager left the meeting at the hour mark, due to schedule conflict and the HR person seemed surprised that I asked for more benefit details is suspected that another candidate was selected. This was confirmed with a reply to my follow up email. Disappointed that this may have appeared to be an exercise, but just consider it part of the job hunting process. I was however encouraged by some of the other staff members who appeared sincerely interested.
