First interview with company recruiter, second interview a week later with panel and agility, fitness testing. Carry 250 lb dummy up and down two flights of stairs on backboard to stretcher, lower and lift stretcher with dummy on it. 8 min of CPR, tilt the dummy to a standing position while on the backboard from laying on the ground to a standing position and back down.

Interview
The interview was a very plasant experience. Everyone was profressional, kind and helpful. The process started with a 1 on 1 interview. After "passing" that, I went to the second round which consisted of a skills test, a written test and a panel interview. The skills test consisted of CPR for 8 minutes, moving a cot and moving a dummy on a back board up and down stairs.
