Interview
I recently went through a hiring process for a Design System Specialist role
The timeline of a broken process:
Poor Reliability: They contacted me, First Meetings were canceled minutes after their start time or attended with consistent delays.
Role Misalignment: Despite the specialized role, They was asked for generic UX/UI portfolios. It took my own intervention to clarify that a Design System role requires a specific technical focus on scalability, components, and documentation.
Zero Boundaries: After spending my weekend meticulously preparing case studies, I received a rejection via WhatsApp—on a private number I never officially provided—two days before the scheduled final interview.
The company’s rationale? "That’s just how hiring works: many invest time, only one gets the job."

Interview
The interview process though a little extensive, was pretty satisfying in the sense that I had clear directions of where things would progress to. Many interviews that I've given in the past leave you stranded without any indication of things would lead from a certain point. I'm glad Huspy shared the process of interviewing and progression not only verbally but in documented format too! was super sweet!!
