It began with a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I was then moved onto an in person interview that was "panel style." There were 3 leaders from 3 separate departments. That may sound intimidating but it wasn't at all. You can tell there is a fantastic culture at the company and they made things very relaxed so we could take the time to get to know each other and understand if it was a good fit. But, I do think that would increase the difficulty level to the "difficult" rating because of that piece. I didn't get the job - But they were respectful and responsive from beginning to end.
