Hy.Am Studios interview questions

I recently applied for a Project Manager position at Hy.Am. The process began with clear and efficient communication from the HR manager, which was encouraging. This positive start set my expectations for a professional and structured interview process. However, during a subsequent interview with a senior team member, I encountered a moment that shifted my perspective. A remark was made suggesting that I should approach the interview 'like a date'. This comment, coming from a high-ranking company representative, left me feeling uneasy. It seemed to blur the lines of professional conduct and gender sensitivity within the interview setting. As a female applicant, this raised concerns for me about the company's adherence to professional boundaries in interactions with potential employees. My intention in sharing this feedback is to highlight the importance of a professional and respectful interview environment, ensuring a comfortable experience for all candidates, regardless of gender.

Different interviews, over a month, with the management team. First to get to know each other, then to explain the job position and everything related to it, and third for questions on my side.
