I received the job description a half-day before my interview. Someone (not sure if it's the recruiter or the company) were unsure as to what they were looking for. But the job description , and the stuff they added during the interview, did not match my title and specialty. The interviewer was a blowhard. I could tell it's a company full of executives who love to hear themselves talk. They wanted me to come in directly, but I would have preferred a phone screening so that no one's time would have been wasted. I am grateful that this was a bullet I dodged.
