However, for someone experienced in marketing and sales, there is a plethora of different mediums you can work with. This is why we state in all of our ads, and in our interview process, if our candidates are looking for a DIRECT marketing position, as to not waste anyone's time. We also state clearly, in all ads, that we cross train our employees into all marketing, sales, customer service and management positions, so they understand the ins and outs of the business. So yes, there are sales involved, but you can't have sales without marketing.
