Hydro interview questions

My interview process began with a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager a week later. I was then invited back for a third interview with both the hiring manager and the plant manager. After that meeting, I was asked to complete a computer program assessment, which I did a few days later. Given the time and effort invested in three interviews and a skills test, I expected some form of follow-up regarding the outcome of my candidacy. Unfortunately, after completing the assessment, I never heard back from the hiring manager despite my participation throughout the entire process. I understand that not every candidate will receive an offer, and hiring priorities can change. However, I believe candidates deserve the courtesy of a response—whether it's an offer, a rejection, or simply an update on the status of the position. Even a brief email acknowledging the outcome would have demonstrated professionalism and respect for the time applicants invest in the hiring process. While the interview experience itself was positive, the lack of communication afterward left a disappointing final impression.
