Interview
Initial chat over Zoom about background, past experiences, and general screening questions.
Subsequently, a multi-round onsite with a few team members where we dove into both behavioral and functional. The onsite was rather long but it was quite fun (in a challenging way). It was nice meeting various members of the team and seeing what it would be like working there.

Some questions included:
- Why do you want this role?
- What was the proudest project you've completed?
- I was given an assignment that seemed to be focused on analytical, reasoning and critical thinking skills

Interview
Phone screen with HR - asked questions like how do you prioritize tasks for a sprint, how do you do code review etc. A lot of times these things are case by case, so can only give a very high level "steps" or general way to approach them. Didn't expect the initial HR screening to ask these questions. No email or response from HR after the call.
