Interview
On the third round, the manager who was supposed to interview me never showed up, and I sat waiting for almost an hour. They had given me a sorry excuse and asked to reschedule. Once we finally had our interview, the manager seemed uninterested and asked me questions that made no sense. I would not have accepted that position after my encounter with who would be my manager, but it's worth noting that they never got back to me.
First interview was remote and to get a gauge of current skillset and if that was in line with what Hyve do. Second interview was the in person technical test. You get a list of things you need to do via an SSH session to a Linux box and once you are finished you will need to walkthrough what you have done with a member of the team. You get full internet access and also a brief description of the technical test a few days before, so you are able to prep. After that you will be interviewed by multiple people at the same time in a meeting room.
