Initial phone screening with HR, then an in person interview with team members a couple weeks later. HR representatives seemed disorganized and were not very clear on the process or follow-up.

Was asked to come in for an in person interview, spent an hour interviewing only to be ghosted by the company even when trying to follow up regarding the position.

Interview
The interactions I had with HR gave me a negative impression of IACP, which contributed to me declining the position. HR rep seemed disorganized during the phone screening, got my name wrong when I came into the office for in-person, and even mistakenly called me multiple times without realizing. Overall, I just didn't get a great impression of the organization based on their hiring process.
