I had an interview setup via consulting firm. So I Had phone interview with BI Team manager Rahul. (Originally had 2 person but another manager could not able to join for some reason). First of all, company uses Qlickview reporting tool and none of the question was for that tool. Manager asked the questions and he doesn’t know the answers to it. He does not know how to interview a person at all. In the beginning of a call he never introduced himself or told about the company or anything (literally nothing).. Anyways, interview starts and majority of the questions were very vague and he was expecting the answers he already had decided (in his brain, I guess..!!). After 30 minutes he cuts me in my conversation and said he had to jump to take another call and said Good bye. I felt very bad and felt rude. My recruiting company was trying to get yes or no answer from him for a week (of course he doesn’t care). Even till date they don’t received any answer from him. I’m glad I’m not end up working with manager like him.
