First, I got an email to schedule a screening call with a recruiter. She asked about compensation and simple application questions that you are asked when you first apply. I then was moved on to the first of two interviews. the first interview was easy, and I was asked mainly questions about my resume. The second interview was also easy but more indepth questions. They wanted to know if I could perform the job duties. In the second interview it sounded like they had already made their decision to hire me from the first interview. I then got a call from the recruiter, and they gave me an offer. I accepted shortly after.
