Interview
This was one of the best interview experiences that I have had so far. I interviewed with the product design lead and two product designers. Throughout the interview they discussed my design process openly and genuinely. They gave detailed and constructive feedback that will help me improve a designer generally. The were also really transparent about their assessments of my skills vs what they were looking for but also gave me a chance to show them what I could do.
