Interview
Interview was scheduled at 2PM IST. I reached around 1:45 PM (15 mins before schedule). Then they made me sit idle for 3 hours due to panel availability (giving lame excuses like: Panel is out for lunch; Panel is in meeting; Management training is going on etc.) They kept on saying 10 mins only.
Phhew! Finally after 3 hours two guys turned up for interview. Asked only basics. It looked like they did not have understanding of concepts and did not have enough confidence to dive into topics. I had answered 100% of questions as they were basics.
Now they ask about, Do I have any other offers in hand? Why are you serving notice period? Come on, These are not to be asked in technical rounds. These are HR questions/Mangerial Round Questions.
I am around 7 years of experience guy. I doubted the standard of skillsets of both person who took interview and quickly looked to linkedin profile of interviewers. Alas! They were just 4 years experience naive and unprofessional, who just knew just questions and did not know answers to them.
PS: I have worked for some disruptive product development companies along with rich BIG 4 Experience.
Suggestion: IDEMIA, if you do not have time to take interviews; Just don't call candidates. Because Candidates are more occupied than you can imagine. Also, it would be great to ensure that interviewers carry rich knowledge and experience as a sign of respect to candidates. If you do not have intellectual guys to take interviews, Just outsource the process.
Beware DevOps Folks especially, This is not a place to be at.

3 rounds of interview was conducted
in 1 st round lot of real time questions were asked mainly focusing on Kuberenetes and Docker. questions from Ansible like writing simple scripts were also asked.
In 2 nd round questions were completely related to Linux Administration.

it was simple ques of devops generally include daily tasks. Also want to know about some monitoring tool you implemented.

Interview
The panel was extremely rude. They were naive in the technology which i could easily judge from the quality of questions asked. I have offers from 4 different organisations better than idemia still they coulnt analyse my expertise.
