Phone call over computer, few if any questions asked.just explained what the job was. Very little time spent on questioning. Interview lasted for about 5minutes as she was rushed. Could hear dogs barking in the background....
Easy interview they asked mostly come in customer service representative questions. Just remember to be polite to the people you’re enrolling. Remember to have a customer, centric approach and attitude.
