Spoke on the phone once and emailed back and forth with HR, then sat down for meeting and met with 5 people individually. They wanted to meet individually to get to know me some more, was more personable.

Interview
The interview was a technical interview and overall interview combined. They checked the entire fundamentals for mechanical engineering. They checked the attitude and whether there is a clarity in thinking.
