Walked in with my resume. Was greeted by a manager who asked me a few questions about my qualifications and said he starts most food servers off as food runners. He was very pleasant and easy to speak with, and he told me he would like me to come back and meet with the AGM. So we scheduled that meeting, and that day came and I met with the AGM. He was a bit more strict, very direct, but nothing unexpected. Following my interview with AGM, the GM came out and sat with me briefly. Again, nothing unexpected here. Fairly basic questions about restaurant skills, etc.
