No written test, just a Skype interview. Very short notice to prepare, basic competency based interview questions, not much probing. Quickly received a negative feedback, I managed to get in contact with someone working there through Linkedin. Same feedback as what I had read, they had already an internal candidate shortlisted for the job, it was not really an open competitive process. They don’t seem to have very transparent management processes and apparently a very high staff turnover.
