1st step was an online assessment that was to be completed within 2 hours. If you passed this you would progress to the next part. The second step was a virtual interview with 3 people from HR and the team

So fun! Good panel. Good flow of interview. Good questions asked, give more scenarios. It was an enriching experience, highlighting their global humanitarian impact. It allowed me to showcase my communication skills, discuss my passion for storytelling, and align my values with their mission.
